OK, if you saw my Vinnie music video post, you know that I've found VH1 Classic. Well, I just saw a Stevie Nicks video and Russ Kunkel was on drums. Huge live concert.
Where is Russ today?!?!?!
I always thought he was solid.

he's around. When Carlos passed away, Russ was the first to sub on the JT gig. His son Nathaniel is a big engineer in town.

I saw Russ with James 2years ago. That show was great. He was playing some cajon too. S.Jordan played with him after Carlos passed. And S. Gadd did tour with him this year.

Funny...I was thinking of Russ tonight as I played a gig which featured, Runnin' On Empty. I kept thinking, "How would Russ make this tune feel good?"
